Reject

Reject

Reject-
eject
the tape from the VCR.
the tape: it's rewinding,
back to the climax we both love.

Eject-
reject it quick,
because it just might make it back.
back to the stage,
we so sweetly opened on.

Reject-
eject it
I do not want to go.
back to the beginning,
knowing how it ends.

Eject-
the reject
hopefully you'll stay.
past the part of peripeteia,
knowing it from: always.

Quite delectable in the first stanza, feels like you are throwing a nice chunk of the humanity spectra in there (stuff that no one likes to face). i like the sense of urgency that you create in the second stanza... it creates a nice line that trailed from the first. im not so hot about the third stanza though, feels too predictable, would have felt better if it didnt "fit" as much, like if you didnt mention the direct words "beginning" and "end". last stanza i really like how you leave the ending so blatantly vague...my congrats on the ending!
